Following a piece of organisation design change that I co-led, three individuals achieved significant promotions. They all wanted leadership development to meet the challenge of their new roles and they were up for doing things differently. They all had differing levels of experience and development needs – so a standard training course was not going to work.
I designed tailored development plans with each individual based on their needs and their leadership goals. Their one to one sessions involved a combination of development techniques, including training masterclasses, coaching and mentoring.
